What kind of incentives do I receive with my rewards card?

When dining at any Talk of the Town Restaurant, you will receive all the benefits your card has to offer, including:

  • Preferred Seating
  • Amuse Bouche
  • Table visit by management

How do I check my balance?

To check your card balance, click the Log In button and enter your username and password. If you have not yet registered, please do so by creating a username and password followed by your 14 digit card number and 6 digit PIN number.

Where do I find my PIN number?

Your PIN number can be found on the back of your rewards card underneath the scratch-off area.

When will my rewards be loaded onto my rewards card?

Your rewards will be loaded onto your Platinum Rewards Card on the 20th of every month.

What happens to my old VIP gift certificates?

Please contact us and we will transfer them onto your rewards card.

Can my VIP gift certificates be transferred onto the new rewards card?

Yes, your gift certificates will be transferred onto your new rewards card.

What do I do if my card gets lost or stolen?

We will reissue you another card and transfer your current balance onto your new card. Your lost or stolen card
will be deactivated.
